Fraiche Fruit Beginners Level 2 Workshop - Wed 29th Jan 2020 - 7pm-9pm

Our second Fraîche Fruit DJ workshop of 2020 - aimed at womxn, queer and non-binary folk, we’ll be teaching Beginners level 2, suitable for anyone who has a small amount experience on the decks, or those of you who have already attended the absolute beginners sessions.

The session will run from 7-9pm in the Basement of Dalston Superstore.

The workshop will cover the following:

• CDJ (Basic Functions - Recap)

• Mixer (Basic Functions - Recap)

• Phrasing / Metering

• Setting Cue Points

• Basic Mixing Techniques (Fade / Cut / Chop)

• A Basic Beatmatch

• Using EQ in your mixing transitions

While our previous workshops have been free, we’re now asking for a small £10 fee for our more advanced workshops. This is because spaces are limited to 5 people per session to allow for more hands-on practice, the fee will ensure all ticket holders will be in attendance on the day. In return, you will receive a 2 hour workshop and some Fèmmme Fraîche merchandise.
